My team's 25 Hours of Thunderhill race video recap

Post by dp35 » Sat Dec 24, 2011 12:10 am

I drove with the AMG team in this year's 25 Hours of Thunderhill, in a Mazda MX5 Cup car racing the E2 class. We had a good group of drivers, including one (Beau Borders) who's day job is a Hollywood movie sound mixer. Thanks to Beau, we have this sweet video to nicely sum up our four days with 25 hours of racing in six very cool minutes. Turn up the volume.

That is absolute top notch. Brilliant brilliant stuff.

I would SO love to do something like that, I really would.

Thanks for hosting it up.

Cheers,

Hey, dp35!

I loved this writeup and the video!

Did you run the 24 Hours of Thunderhill in 2012 and 2013?  If so, would post some videos, please?  And how did your team do? Did you win?

Another team I followed at this year's 25 Hours at Thunderhill, #03 Team QRP Superlite SLC, did pretty well.  Especially considering it was a private entry, not a factory effort.  You can read about them on facebook:  https://www.facebook.com/pages/Superlit ... 4421283849
