If they believe the STR will be a good car (big if I know) then Weber would still be competitive and still in their stable.  It would be a choice between Kimi and Algesari (or whoever the other STR driver might be) which is a no brainer if you can handle Kimi's salary demands, which Deitrich can if he so chooses.
