Yes - I saw it said cancelled by Project Starter - They must have thought they'd started a mint ..
Hopefully, the legal eagles got going and threatened to sue the backsides off one and all ..

My theory is either they were so far from succeeding (~10%) they didn't want to be marked as failed, so cancelled instead (you see a fair amount of this on Kickstarter).  Or as you suggest, they faced legal action.

Not a bad looking thing, but I can't help feeling there must be quite a few compromises in 'slapping' a body over the Atom's chassis in that way (or perhaps not!)
