Look what i found! I finally saw what the Atom shares with Formula One! I couldn't snag the picture to show it but when Webber went off track into the sand trap, i saw the JCB crane sporting the same headlights we got! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah what a shame!!!
Here's some examples... where's that puking smiley?

But look at it this way - your Atom is BETTER than a Formula One car because it DOES have lights and thus can drive in the dark...

Re: Wanted: Headlights
HID are Hight Intensity Discharge Lamps ....a.k.a xenon
I know there is a kit for motorcycles headlamps and with the size restriction was thinking that someone on the forum has a motorcycle with these type installed.

Re: Wanted: Headlights
Don't put HIDs in the stock housing (or any housing intended for an incandescent, for that matter), in the stock location. You'll blind other drivers with your suboptimal beam throw and the brighter light alone will not fix the Atom's nighttime woes. Instead, consider attaching auxiliary driving lamps (such as http://www.tirerack.com/lighting/detail ... hting+Kits) forward of the front wheels, either on the turn signal stalks or in the nose cone.

Re: Wanted: Headlights
Karl , I agree. The headlamps are mounted to far back. However with that said one needs to remember this is a racecar that is barely street legal by its fine hairs. I just dont want to drill into any part of the vehicle.
Re: Wanted: Headlights
ha aha ahahahahah ha..........this thread is now a sticky.
Atom headlights are the equivalent of putting a midgets legs on Cindy Crawford,
Terrrible...................and the JCB that was digging cars out of the armco today at Brands was sporting the new series JCB headlight.......................way sexier than the Atom version.
