Is it just the wing or the bracket too?

The wing has 2 brackets attached, the same as the standard factory unit

To fit a front wing to an Atom 3 the permanent wing mounting brackets require the optional front towing eye bracket fitted to the Atom nose assembly - the wing is then bolted to this bracket (retained nuts) with 4 bolts!

Yes sorry I maybe wasn’t clear that bracket above the spoiler/tow eye bracket was wondering if it came with that?

no sorry its just the spoiler that's for sale, you would need to obtain the frame / towing eye bracket from Ariel
