Car covers.
Car covers.
Hi Guys
Looking to put together a list of guys who would like a smaller cover for their Atom ( See club facebook page for pics).
Need to get a minimum of 10 before the order can go in, and the price should be under £200.
If you want one add your name to the list initially and we will go from there. I make NOTHING from this.

Can you post your small cover pics here in the Ariel forum as well - as some of us (who are moderately cyber security conscious ) won't go anywhere near FB (et al) for love or money!!

Many thanks for posting the photos - it certainly looks a very interesting concept however three points in relation to later/differently configured/other model Atoms :
1. There are now many owners of earlier Atoms who have done away with the 'mickey's ears' headlights in favour of retrofitting the very much more effective full 3.5 LED projector lights upgrade package - this 3.5 LED package (I think?) has been fitted, as standard, to all Atoms built since circa 2013!
2. An increasing number of owners are also fitting the full windscreen option.
3. I also suspect that the cover, as shown in the photos, would also not fit my 3.5R because of the sidepods!
Is it possible for these alternative configurations to be catered for?

Hi
There are now many owners of earlier Atoms who have done away with the 'mickey's ears' headlights in favour of retrofitting the very much more effective full 3.5 LED projector lights upgrade package - this 3.5 LED package (I think?) has been fitted, as standard, to all Atoms built since circa 2013!
the mickeys ears are a velcro flap and if they are not use it stays closed.
2. An increasing number of owners are also fitting the full windscreen option.
It fits with a screen. We had to adjust the wing mirror holes for this to happen. (the pic is the mk 1) (the last batch that went out were the mk2)
3. I also suspect that the cover, as shown in the photos, would also not fit my 3.5R because of the sidepods!
The cover closes down the frame and not the tub, and is secured by straps under the car. these straps will fit around the pods, either in front of them or behind them.
Is it possible for these alternative configurations to be catered for?
Everything can be catered for but unfortunately, it all costs extra, it is a quality product and fits behind the seats easily so it is out the way.

Re: Car covers.
I can vouch for these covers. I bought one second hand for my 3.5. Fits perfectly. Best thing is, it’s smaller than the factory item or other covers, which means it folds up smaller, and allows me to take it everywhere. Folded under the seat. Very quick to fit single handed
Re: Car covers.
If it fits a 4, I'm in.
Cheers,
