I am certainly not sticking up for the police but in fairness they are selling off a quantity of recovered, unidentifiable tools which have numerous legitimate uses.

Where do you stop, do you auction the drug dealers seized Ferrari or crush it in case the new owner uses it to facilitate his criminal activity or could it be he is legitimate and wishes to purchase a bargain?

£12.50 currently. Speaking of odd items up for auction, they are selling a bra and knicker lot, began at £1 now £5, it's ok they have the tags on so no need to reach for the tissue box.

Really don't find selling a tack hammer and a pair of pliers insensitive.
