Yep all geared up and ready with a list for military precision timing. The huge gammon I cooked today looked awesome. Be lucky if any of it makes tomorrow though! Bring on the sausages/turkey/beef/bacon/spud/snips and just about everything else I can fit in...

Unfortuinately I don't get the option as we go to the Outlaws.
I usually throw something together on Boxing day though
This years it's goats cheese tartlets followed by belly of pork with a 3 citrus sponge for pud
All under the watchful eye of Delia on the iPad

well its a visit to the outlaws for me also, first time in 4 years but it is 28c and 8 time zones away. oh what the hell no snow
