Todays lunctime sandwich is?

No if you have thick soup, the parmesan acts like kinda glue, gorgeous.

Heat the mini pitas, so they are puffed out, that way the dough can expand and can pretty much guarantee the pita bread wont break.

I'll be having my usual lunchtime sandwich which consists of two Co-Codamol with a Diclofenac filling, however, today I will also be having a slice of this sandwich cake, which is a belated birthday cake from a couple of my friends.
