Email notification of PMs

Please note despite having...

Notify by email every time you receive a personal message:  set to Always

... I haven't had a notification of a PM since 15 March 2009 despite being sent PMs once yesterday and once today. I've only realised they were there when getting a pop-up after clicking on a topic notification, emails for which are still coming in as usual.

A possible problem somewhere?

I've had this issue before and the problem is I accidentally put it on a blocked sender's list on my email.

It's most likely something with your email where it's going to junk or being blocked.

... thanks - I know what you mean but since emails for both Topic Notifications and PM Notifications are sent from DO_NOT_REPLY@atomclub.com and Topic Notifications are still coming through (just got yours) then it can't be that I'm afraid...
