Don't seem to be getting email notifications

Post by Bruce Fielding » Wed Jan 09, 2008 12:32 pm

...when people send me PM's...

Has anything changed in the last couple of months?

Hmmm, wondered about that. Sent you one about the Silverstone thing + another thing.

I suspect this is down to the server migration although I'm sure I've looked into this already - I'll have to check it though as I reckon it's not working.

Cheers, Ross.

Check your profile;

Second box last choice "modify personal message options"

Last choice again "Notify by email everytime you receive a personal message" choose "always"

Seems like they must be working at the forum end anyhow so perhaps notifications are getting blocked further down the line.

I'm checking things, but I don't believe there's a problem on the forum itself.

Might be worth unsetting that option (the one described by John above) and resetting it though to see if that makes any difference.

Cheers, Ross.
