Hi John,
Unfortunately, no - weather was great for 2 weeks & then at 4 o'clock on the night the heavens opened  >:( - I am sure I was Evil in a previous life!! However, Paul has been very generous & said we have to keep in touch & he'll take him out one fine day. I didn't tell my boy about it so he wasn't disappointed - it was just me!!
Kind regards
Anne

Gutted for you and your lad - but all is not lost and good move not telling him! The Atom is not much fun in the rain and its a handful to drive in the wet. I am sure he will get a run out soon enough :tu:

Promised Anne when we have some good weather at the weekend (not this one it seems!) I will ensure the trip is planned and we will have a good run out somewhere....guaranteed!

Hi Guys,
Just to let you all know, it happened yesterday.
Sorry couldn't invite all of you, but it was a case of good day, go for it!
Mikey didn't have a clue, until Paul turned up on the drive with "the beast"
He was absolutely gobsmacked & it's the first time in his life he was lost for words, all he could get out was "Thankyou, Thankyou"
I think it summed it up when he came home - he just said "That was awesome - the best hours of my life."
Again massive thanks to Paul Turner, who made this boys dream a reality - he knows if he ever needs a wingman, he just has to call!
I do have a bit of a bone to pick with him, though, as now my husband wants one!!
Thanks again to everyone who got in touch, you are a great bunch of people.
Take care
Anne
