Supercar Sunday, April 27th (Woodland Hills, CA)

Hello, gents -

I know that Cars & Coffee is the more popular event for the Southern California Atom contingent, but there is a great event in Woodland Hills that happens on Sundays.  The last Sunday of each month in particular is when the big turnout happens, and it is always a great combination of exotics, imports, classics and modifieds.  There's always something interesting, this week it was a Mitsubishi Lancer 1600 GSR (circa 1975) and a Lotus 340R (never thought I'd see one of those in person).

This is put on by the Motor4Toys charity people.  The Sunday, April 27th event is to benefit the families of LA SWAT members and includes an LAPD-escorted motorcade that drivers can participate in.  Full details on the event are here:

I have no connection to this event, I just really like the vibe of their get-togethers and this looks like it will pull in a lot of cars.

One friend of mine is bringing his Lotus Europa, and a few others will be going along for the ride (not in the Europa, of course!)

If any Atom owners want to go it would be a great place to see you all come out.  Plus I can ogle all of your cars in one place to help me narrow down my color choice!

Bump, as this has dropped down the message list...

The group that puts on Supercar Sunday (and Motor4Toys) runs very nice, low-ego events.  The April 27th at Pierce College in Woodland Hills should have a very large turnout and it would be nice to see some Atoms out there.

Just saw that nicolas is going, so I'll be sure to stop by and say hello!  Here's hoping some other Atoms will make it out!
