2011 Ariel Atom 3 at Eagles Canyon May 7

At Eagles Canyon Raceway, Saturday, May 7, I will be running, showing, and telling about my new Ariel Atom 3 demonstrator. The track is about 12 miles northeast of Decatur, Tx., on Highway 51. I'll be running the car in sessions starting at 9 AM and lasting till about 5 PM Saturday. We'll have plenty of time between sessions and during the lunch break to look the car over, answer questions, ride the car in the infield pit roads, and maybe take a ride around the track.

It is a great track, and there is no charge to come in and watch. It is run by friendly folks, and the new Atom is really fast and a lot of fun to drive or even just to look at.

Here is the gee graph from this car's last time at Eagles Canyon.  The red inner cirlce is 1.25 gee, and the outer circle is 2.5 gee. Notice there are some data points around two gee!
And a lot of 1.6-1.7 gee in left-handers.  Not that much in right-handers- must be the old motorcycle racer in me, not being as comfortable in right handers-
