twebb, are there bathroom and shower facilities at the track? what about an ice machine? I won't have my toyhauler so I'll be kind of "roughing" it. I assume they'll be electric for basics like an electric cooler?

I'm looking at the atomfest site and I see there is a participant registration for friday and saturday now.  I dont think they were there when I signed up the first time.  Should I do those?

I previously has entries for participant and spectator and the fine print said "per day" Lot's of people misunderstood and purchased one even though they signed up for things like two lapping days. I thought it would be better if I just made the two days separate purchases so it would be less vague.

Anyone who has this issue will be notified by e-mail and can either add the two days on the website or upon ther arrival at AtomFest.

BTW, We may (probably) need to add sales tax for all purchases made at the event. (8-1/2 to 9%) The most significant item in this regard is the Traqmate, that even with the AAOC discount would still have over $60 added due to taxes.

I can't recall if I have registered for anything or not.  Can anyone tell me which address the confirmation email comes from (first bit only to avoid spam) so I can search and find out ?

Thanks

Ben

We're planning tol send out confirmations out at the end of August for everybody who has ordered to-date. By mid-September we will send out credentials to registrants to speed the check-in process on your arrival.

Thanks, Spanky for the offer. You're right, it is alot. I just got back from a advance planing trip to Hallett with some of the staff from my company. We did a lot of looking around, measuring, discussing things like the location of various events, RV's, parking, tech seminars, etc. and visited with the track owners. One of their hot-shoe drivers took my three for a couple of laps in my Lincoln LS. They now have a much better understanding of what the big attraction is.

I have a car show tonight and tomorrow "Brits in the Ozarks" which will draw british sports cars from as far away as Dallas, Kansas City, St. Louis, etc. Tim Suddard, Publisher of Grassroots Motorsports is the keynote speaker. We'll have both of our Atoms there to tickle folks interest and of course flyers, brochures, etc. to entice them to come to AtomFest. Sometime over the weekend, I'll try to get all the conformations out.

As to offers of help, there will be several things that we would benefit from and I'll try to get up a list and post it here by early next week. Thank you so much for offering, but I hate the circumstance of you're Atom not making it.

Do we get WiFi in the RV's?

Is the track rv area friendly enough for my well behaved dog on a leash? She loves traveling...

We'll have a wireless router outide the timing tower which is about 300-400' from where several of the RV's will be located. Computer terminals with Internet access will also be located in the VIP/Club room on the 3rd floor of the timing tower. Probably Wireless-N or something like that.

No problem with the dog unless the dog becomes a problem for others.

will the suspension setup part have the ability to do corner weights?  I'll have a new shock (hopefully) but then and will probably need re-corner weighting before the track events.

As Randy stated, dogs are not usually a problem at Hallett.  I oftern bring "Track Dog" with me.

It is required that they be on a leash at all times the track is green (track open).
