15" = 15 lbs.
16" = 16.5 lbs.

This is on a cheap bathroom scale.... so it may be off a few ounces.

did you take the tires off then weigh the wheel?  I'm sure you did, but, wondering if you weighed the tires seperately

Yes, this is wheels only. It's my second (extra set for track use) set of wheels.
