Brake Caliper Question

Does anyone know if the budget formula car callipers by A.P are likely to be the same ones Ariel uses as seen in this link https://apracing.com/race-car/brake-cal ... and-cp7613
It says they accept discs 267mm-295mm there are lots of others which I believe are called radial mounted but the biggest disc I could find for them was 280mm?

Like the Alcons on previous Atoms, I believe they are unique to the Atom and can only be sourced via the factory.

Again, I believe the pads are shared with a few cars but the calipers are unique to the Atom.
