Engine Compression

Spark plugs should not go black in a matter of minutes.
even after a weeks use they would ordinarily look like new.
Are the plugs wet with oil Or smell fuel soaked?
Sounds like to me the engine is In poor condition, maybe from lack of proper tuning upgrades/modifications/mapping.
poor running could be a multitude of things.
thankfully these K20 engines are very robust in the respect of handling a reliable 500hp on standard internals - I think any other engine might have given way by now.
I think ideally the most cost effective solution if you had the parts is to remove the supercharger & Return the engine  to stock as much as possible.
then start adding parts you have taken off - but properly this time.
I'm still hazarding a guess that a proper mapping will sort out most of your issues.
Black spark plugs - over fuelling or excessive oil content in the cylinders  (worn oil control rings?)
poor idling - stretched timing chain/Iacv/fuelling problem
Again just speculating And my 2ps worth

Its running a little better now, since i have cleaned the IACV! I have set the fuel pressure at 2,7bar.
Then the engine sounds best....
The sparkplugs are still black, but not so much as before....
I think i have to take it how it is. Till now i thought the engine has to run like in an Ep3.
But i think with the ariel ECU, the big header, the aftermarket exhaust, 200cpsi cat and the "open" intake it just wont run like a ordinary Civic R!
Its just more rough and rude....

Did you change the injectors too, As I understand the SC cars are fitted with larger injectors....Just a thought.

It doesn't matter where the K20 is installed. With the right mapping, valve clearance, fuel, oil etc. it runs very very smoothly.
I can't notice any difference between EP3, FN2 and Atom.

The standard factory mapping is a bit rich. I can understand that because you'll never know what the customer is doing with the car.

What Version of K20 is installed in your Atom?
K20a? = EP3 (JDM Version) or Integra DC5
K20a2? = EP3 (EU Version)

Are the injectors the same? I do not know just as a question.

I have installed the K20A with the black injectors that the pre-owner gave me with the car in a box with the seperate connectors/wires.

Blue 440cc injectors were installed in combination with the JRSC.
