Balance shaft removal and clockwise sump baffle

Something I did last winter and found all pretty straightforward after plenty of research. Pleased with the performance gain and added security of a proper sump baffle. Also good weight saving and increased oil capacity. No problem with vibrations apart from a bit more if you hold the revs around 3000rpm.Win win recommended .Engine sounds much better especially on cold start up and high revs.I used the tegiwa balance shaft removal kit with the rrc fd2 honda oil pump .My atom 3 is a tuned n.a. set up so the performance gain is noticeable definitely pleased I did this mod !

did you have to take the engine out to do this or is there wiggle room?
