Atom/honda oil

Castrol SLX longtec 0w 30 fully synthetic is what we use and recommend at honda in the k20.
apparently the castrol edge is even better according to castrol.......i should think so for the price !!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for that.  Does the recommendation count for "tuned" (i.e. as used in the Atom) motors too?

Castrol Edge is reccomended for race K20's by castrol themselves. they were bigging it up at the castrol factory according to our appprentice who had the delightful task of mixing some synthetic oil from scratch! .......but theres a big problem........the price!
