I plan on doing some fun driving (read: not interested in shaving of seconds) and I would like to know how to prepare for a trackday.
FYI Track is gonna be Mettet in Belgium.
I looked trough the forum and online (also to ariel site) and found loads of info, but just to have some top tips from the most enthusiastic rubber-melting petrol-burning lunatics with some racing/tracking experience out there
- I have new tyres installed (300km) so i would think i don't need a spare set?
- tyre pressure settings? lower them a bit to balance the higher temps? how much?
- wheel bolts are fastend by lug wrench: do they need te be checked with a torque wrench?
- fluids (Coolant, oil, brake) are checked and OK (will be bringing coolant fluid) need to bring oil aswell?
- ..............
The car is a 3.5R if that matters (3.0 2011 --> 3.5R 2015).
