I've got my first track day in our atom 3 can anyone tell me what's the best tyre pressure to run on front and back please

On my R888's I run 12 front and 14 rear for the track.
Atom 3.5R, Black+Red flashes, CF front & rear wings, CF bonnet & mud guards.  Bristol
