Atomcup 2nd race. 11-12 May - Cadwell Park

Can't wait to see if its as exciting to watch as it was to take part

The guys that were with me & as Jon says above, all said it was fantastic to watch along with great & quite frankly, hilarious commentary!

Everyone reckons I shall do another, we shall see, I need an offer I can't refuse!

Race two in the wet was amazing to take part in, whilst I was gutted I never got the wets on it, It was great practice to see what the 48's could do in the wet, with the answer being ,very little.

Although mentally it was very hard, the drive was really quite pleasant with higher gears, short shifting & generally driving very smoothly, it was a joy to take part in it.

Lets hope you can do at least one more too but a 1st place on your first race, bloody hell!

Practice Saturday morning
"And what is Donkin up to, he's.... 10 seconds off the pace but he's improving half a second per lap.  At this rate after 30 laps he might be near the front!"

Does any one know if there is any footage of the race to be released like they did for Silverstone.

I know the camera's didnt go to plan for Henry with us being sat in the pits for so long but Richard M and Nick seemed to have loads of footage if that could be used 

I await a short film as not sure i can wait for the Motors TV program

Im sure Mark at Atomic told me there is a half hour program on Motors TV for every round of the Atom Cup.

It is just about the Atom Cup and Round 1 at Silverstone i think is on this Sunday.

Don't know when Cadwell is to be shown yet.

I'm sure Mark will confirm or correct this once he reads.

Just had a look on Motors TV at there guides for future viewing.

PDF file can be downloaded which i have done and will attempt to add to this post.

According to sheet Atom Cup Round 1 Silverstone is due to be shown at around 4am on the 23rd May and again at 11am if i'm reading this correct. (seems odd as sheet shows from 0600 to 0530 on a set date but surely date changes at midnight  )

Anyway we have a time now to set in the Sky planner

I think there was a third showing the week after so is that the 3 viewings
