These are the Hundertwasser Toilets at Kawakawa, New Zealand. They were designed by Austrian architect Friedensreich Hundertwasser, who was a resident of the town from 1975 until his death in 2000.

IMO some of these are in the wrong section and would be better in the 2008 - Non track category.
