May I ask a type of poll question... Did you guys pay for your on track photos? If so, how much? Curious. Thanks.

ALEC...
I hate to say it - but whoever took those photos used too fast of a shutter.
The result is that all the images of the car look like it's sitting still, and there's no evidence of speed.
Tell them to use a shorter shutter speed next time (say 1/200th)...
I'll post some later tonight to show what I mean.

Good observation. I was thinking the same thing, but not in such specific terms. Something didn't quite look right about them.

Re: 2008 - On track Category.
Slight intro,
I'm not an Atom owner, just a snooping photographer that shoots for a few different organizations in Wisconsin. One of which that Lane(above) attends events for.
Anyways. If you like to buy photos of yourself at the track you shouldn't be content with pictures that are overly blurry nor pictures that are taken with a very fast shutter speed.
It's a big pet peeve of mine to see a "photographer" post up pictures he took at the track to find that they are all shot at 1/100000000000000th of a second. Anyone can do that, you just point a camera at something going slower than Mach 3 and click the button. Most importantly, it looks boring as hell.
"And here we see a picture of what seems to be a car parked in the middle of a corner with it's suspension all jacked up." *snore*

Sorry but I don't have many details as I just posted copies of what was sent to me by Spanky because he didn't know how to put photos onto the forum.
They're from 'Hart Photography' and the embedded information just says that they were taken with a 'Canon EOS 10D' camera having an original resolution of 3072 x 2048.

By the way, unfortunately your photos are just showing up as a red for me and the links don't work so I can't see what you're talking about.
EDIT: Problem seems to have sorted itself out as the photos are now visible to me.

They've started to appear spasmodically so I'm assuming it's another glitch with AOL since they were bought out by a UK company. I never had any problems with them when they were US run.

I can. There is a lot being stirred up behind the car. It's mostly dust by the look of things. Unlike your similar episode which, from memory, was mostly mud. A bit closer to the correct consistency.
