Fuel Cut-Off for Starting

I have a 2016 Atom 3S.

When coming out of storage, for a number of my cars I will hold the throttle down to the floor and crank until I build up oil pressure. The throttle to the floor on start cuts the fuel off.

Do you know if the K24 in the 3S is the same? I'd hate to do a first start at full throttle.
