While working on the suspension on my 2006 USA Brammo Atom 2, I noticed that the supercharger coolant hoses connecting the hard pipes to the horizontal intercooler or aftercharger were bent and kinked. See last photo. I don't know how much, if any, coolant was getting through. Brammo used a straight piece of 3/4" heater hose and simply bent it 90 degrees.
With the help of my local NAPA store, I looked for a hose that had a section with a wide 90 degree arc, to allow the best flow, but couldn't fine one. The best I could do was a molded 90 degree hose, which is their part 9815. I trimmed about 1/2" off each end. It fits well and the bend does not extend below the hard pipes. See first photo.
You may want to take a look at your hoses.

Re: Supercharger intercooler hoses kinked
Very cool! Thanks for saving that for posterity! Maybe someone will benefit from it later.
Original owner says it *DID* seem to get hot pretty quickly.
