About to buy a 2007 Atom 2

actually they check to make sure the mil turns on when the ignition is turned on and they check to make sure it turns off after 20 seconds, even on the initial inspection.....they just don't plug into your obd2 port, but the MIL still has to operate....at least on all of my inspections this was required and the first one was just the safety inspection, no emissions.
