I'll get my camera, bullet cam with Lanc control set up next time, should be able to get a nice variety of forward and backward shots through the suspension, pedals from within the engine - i also have a reasonable mic but to be honest i think it'll be virtually impossible to get a decent engine sound recording with all that wind buffeting.
Why don't we pencil a date in the diary say a Sunday at the end of Sept? I'd like to go right through the city, across the thames a few times, whitehall etc
Cheers

OK Jon... Create a route and we'll do it officially!
I 'm just looking at yesterday's footage for the first time on a proper TV - as opposed to watching it on a 2" square on my editing app. and the footage looks terrific! There's lots of pauses, but I didn't realise you guys were swapping places behind me quite so much!
For the City shoot, some drive-by stuff would be excellent as well, so a couple of passengers/camera ops would be handy, too... Maybe even someone in a non-Atom camera car with an operator on board so that we can get handheld stuff on the move, too.
Or am I being overambitious?

The priority has to be to enjoy the drive and pretty much leave the cameras running - then forget about them
I'll propose some sort of - nice to see - route, maybe with your knowledge of london you could make it something that could work
Yeah i watched the footage this morning on my home cinema - look great on the 106 inch screen

Some from Cadwell today:
More using the rearward facing camera! Works a treat with an Atom behind you... There'll be reverse angle footage from Ross' car (the red one) from the bullet cam mounted on his roll hoop soon.
Don't worry about the weird interference at the beginning - it goes away.
I think if you want to film an Atom, another Atom makes the perfect camera car...
(Oh, and I've taken a bit more thought over the music with this one...)

Very cool footage Bruce, way more interesting that way round - we'll have to do more like this next time.
I'll get some clips up from my forward facing cam tonight - not as exciting an angle I'm afraid though.
Cheers, Ross.

NICE.
Both vids are great.
Love the mix of engine sounds and music too.

As you can see both Bruce and myself are budding Spielbergs. Bruce is a slightly more advanced Spielberg than I am though because I couldn't get the titles working on mine. (note to self: Must buy a Mac...)
