Atom 3 History

Post by JohnLindsay » Thu Nov 28, 2024 8:35 pm

Evening All,

My brother has picked up a Cat S Ariel Atom 3, and I’m looking to see if anyone knows anything of its history or if any previous owners are on the forum still.

So far as I can tell it’s a 2010 N/A 245 Atom 3. It looks to have the Alcon Brake upgrade front and rear, and Bilstein adjustable suspension but beyond that I can’t see much from the pictures.

It’s currently on AT04 OMH, since April 2024. Before that it was on its original registration of WA59 HOH, from late 2010, and it has a short spell in 2010 on registration number ‘WHS 31’ - incase this helps inform of previous owners.

I’ve had a look through the forum for previous sales adverts and can’t see it. I’ve also looked for a resource for spare parts lists/diagrams to no avail. Is there such a thing available on the forum? I intend to contact the factory as it definitely needs some repairs so I expect we’ll need to have a good relationship with them!

It would also be nice to see an original specification list and which factory options were available - is this available anywhere?

Some pictures below, again in the hope someone recognises it.

Could I ask a moderator to please delete this thread now? I’ve located the previous owner and have spoken to the factory.

Hello John,

I can delete the thread if you really want to but it can be useful to keep for historical reasons?

What do you prefer?

Thanks ..
John
