Windscreen wiper position

Hi, I have an Atom 3 with a windscreen (yes I know not all approve but it came with it and I love it) and the wiper seems to be in a high position and it is annoying.
Any ideas how to adjust. I have had to use the wiper in anger once and it worked well left to right etc its just the resting position that I have an issue with.
