Length of time to receive V5c from DVLA

Got my car on 15 October but still haven’t received the V5c reg document and it isn’t showing up as registered/taxed when I put the reg into the DVLA website.

Would be interested to know if anyone who has got their car in the last few months has already received the docs and how long it took?

Bit wary of using it while it doesn’t show up as taxed.

[mention]robfitz[/mention] mine took about 2.5months. I had no worries about driving it either without this but maybe I’m too carefree
