Advice for wheel balancing

Would it be sufficient to balance the wheel via the center hole only
or would it be necessary to use the center hole and the bolt holes for a really exact result?

I am asking, because the hole pattern 4x 3,75 seems to be a bit unusual in Germany and I have not found a tyre shop yet, which has the adapter plate for this, so they would only use the center hole for balancing.

Balancing just using the center hole is common in the UK so should be fine.
