Atom 4 Go Pro Mounting

Hello All.

Has anyone fixed a go pro/any other camera to their Atom 4?

If so could you please advise where you put it and what you actually used to mount it?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Not a 4, but have used a go pro roll bar mount on both previous atom and now nomad.

I do know however most preferred to use the sticky mounts, and stuck various places, including bonnet etc. Personally never trusted them.

Thanks Phil, that looks a like a nice piece of kit, I have the 3M adhesive pads ready to go but I know exactly what you mean about not trusting them, I would be gutted if the camera flew off.

Hi.

I used a GoPro suction mount positioned under the snorkel. Gave great results. Hope that helps.

I have stuck one of the standard Gopro 3M mounts as below. I have also taken a quick pic to show the approximate drivers eye height view it has, and the GoPro mounts required.

What is the foam surround around your gopro for? is this to reduce unwanted wind noise?
