They may be forged but i think they look abit aftermarket and not unique to Ariel. Ill stick with the standard ones.

Hard to make a truly unique and beautiful rim. Most that do end up creating something hideous. I think these are amazing.

How much are the forged wheels as an option?

Thanks

I think he mean't the other way around... I originally thought and waited for the forged wheels but decided to go find some wheels elsewhere that I prefer more or get them made for me, likely in a satin black. But as mentioned it is hard to make a nice wheel that looks like it belongs on the car.

I know about the other way around 😉 it was just an humoristic answer because there is no more Aftermarket look than the TD because they are aftermarket wheels. 😂

No problem👍, you can prefer the TD ones of course, but they are purely aftermarket standard wheels not specialy made for Ariel.😉 this was my point.

Has anyone heard from Ariel if this current covid 19 situation is going to effect delivery dates.

Obviously staff welfare is paramount just curious if any comms have been sent out

Ariel closed yesterday for the next three weeks. I believe that they will be monitoring after that. Even if they hadn't, I'm sure that they would have had supply chain issues at some point soon.

It's a bugger but they are to be applauded for putting health first :tu:

Cheers,
Stu

Thanks Stu,

And yes absolutely, even if supply chain was fine people will have had issues with getting cars delivered which would stop the production line at some point.

So close to getting it but insignificant in the grand scheme of things
