Atom 4 - Build and Collection
Re: Atom 4 - Build and Collection
Not a fan of gold either or silver actually. Makes me think WRX days.
I am having this colour - bronze satin on my daily in a couple weeks, currently they are painted in a diamond cut it will cost £60 per wheel. If it looks good I was thinking of getting the Atom wheels repainted in this colour. I prefer the satin look.
Future Now. Silver to me just looks old.

I like the almost JDM bronze in the top picture. Would look good on a black car.
GR Yaris CP for when it rains, Atom 4 for when it doesn’t.
Re: Atom 4 - Build and Collection
That is what I was thinking. What about a blue car?

love it!! is that yours? I tried to get one last year, gave up due to rust buckets everywhere. So would need to import one from Asia and couldn't be bothered in the end.

I sourced Sabelt 3" harnesses for my Nomad. Used them befoe on my Lotus Elise Mk1.
Got a set of pads on them now as well. The guys in the factory were making approving noises.

Re: Atom 4 - Build and Collection
I'm now speccing mine. I have the reg AT04 UFO (I also bought AT04 RUN and AT04 CRY in a fit of enthusiasm if anyone's interested).
Anyone who has already taken delivery, any post delivery "should haves" or " wouldn't have bothered" views?
PS: Ariel are seeing how difficult it is to get a SAW chambered in the new 6.5mm cartridge for the auxiliary weapons mount.

Re: Atom 4 - Build and Collection
After just over two years of waiting (Ordered Oct 5th), had an email on Friday from Tom inviting me to spec the car. Spec has now been locked in and money sent, and here's what I've gone for:
A common theme on here - the spec started off significantly cheaper but as time went on, more options snuck their way into being ticked on the spreadsheet I'm going to wrap the panels in some sort of lairy purple colour so it's just the standard black panels for now.
Now for the final agonising 4-6 month wait.

Very similar spec to mine with the exception of the forged wheels and tracker. Same colour as well.
As you said, just a few more agonising months to wait.
Re: Atom 4 - Build and Collection
That's awesome, congrats!
I really liked the titanium colour in pictures of SvenTheHammer's car and seeing one at the factory in person. The tracker I added last minute as Tom said that some insurers won't insure you if your car is over £60k without one so figured I'd add just to be safe.
