I'm miles away but would happily travel down, i'd love to do an early morning London weekend run when its allowed ...

I could not resist anymore and took the Atom out for a short drive today. Then took out the kids and missus one by one.

I am speechless! What an experience. Even in base power (granny) mode, it is mental enough.
Kids and missus wanted to go again and again. Smiles all around. And they couldn't believe how comfy it is!

This is my best car by far.....everrrr!

Welcome to the cult. :)
First Atomised 2001.
Atom (165) > Atom 2 (220) > Atom 3 (300) > Atom 3.5 (310) > Atom 4 (350).
There is no cure.

Same here. Seems they are the default choice now. Would love to know how they compare to the bilsteins. I am sure both are good.
Well done. It looks great.

The answer to the difference between Bilsteins and Ohlins is 'night & day' - Bilsteins being the night!

Ohlins are hugely better and don't 'clatter' on the road!

Is there anyone on here who can make a little comparison between Bilstein - Ohlin - Intrax ? pro and cons?

Great to see these recent deliveries happening. Cracking looking cars, all of them. Congratulations to all!

Can't wait to get out there soon myself. North Essex, if anyone fancies a drive out once the weather has improved.

March the 1st came along which meant that I could finally drive the Atom 4, i've been lusting after an Atom for about 14 years, put my deposit down 2.5 years ago, the car has been with me since Feb 1st waiting for March the 1st for the car to be registered and ready to go.

Its difficult to describe how impressed I am, its beyond quick, this being the 320 version, i'm only at 100 miles so half throttle and less than 4500rpm, good god its quick, I have no idea what it'll be like after a service with a warmer day and warmer tyres ...Ive driven fast cars and this is way beyond anything, I just wish I hadn't waited this long to own one.

Universally everyone loves it, had a stranger lean over as I was sat in traffic to ask about it, stopped for 99 RON at Tesco and the attendant came out to 'help me', all anyone cares about is, "what is it" and "how much did it cost". I've barely driven anywhere and have had waves, photos, discussions and headlight flashes from random vans ...

Accelerating is mind bending and addictive, I love the whooshes and hisses, I cant see myself ever wishing the car was quieter ..

I'm lucky enough to be a little village in Oxfordshire, so A and B roads are plentiful, I thought the drive on an A-Road was good, B-Roads are even better, it can properly corner, feels planted and controllable.

The final thing to note is how little wind noise or wind buffeting you get in the car, the tiny windscreen is miraculous in how much wind it keeps off you.

Yesterday was overcast and about 6 degrees, a coat, gloves and woolly hat were sufficient to keep warm ..

I do have a couple of really stupid questions ..

"There is a rattle, chattering to the back of the car, I assume this is the two piece spring on the 10-way adjustable Bilsteins ?"
"The suspension goes from 1-10, currently set on 7 all round, I assume 10 is hardest and 1 softest ?"

Finally yes I have removed the front plate ....
