Is this handbrake lever from a specific car?
Any tips and where I can buy a cover that will fit it.

I put a round sausage of black Sugru adhesive putty all down the back end of the handbrake lever covering where my elbow hit the metal. It rounds off the back end so pressure is spread out and thus less painful.

Its a bit fiddly to get right but it makes it less painful and is completely un-obtrusive. It looks a bit like a plastic trim or cap, but anyway its tiny and no one will ever see it. But I can feel it! :)

Mine has set and stuck perfectly. Its been in places for years without issue. I'll try to grab a picture.

Cost a few quid from Amazon.

Peter255 Thanks for your response.

Thats a good idea and its minimalistic like our AA. :)
This Sugru comes from Tesa and I can get it from amazon.de too. :tu:

I prefer a casing that covers the entire hand brake lever maybe leather or imitation leather.
Who knows from which car is this Handbrake Lever??
