I have two vehicles with lane departure systems both turned off as well.
Thing is even when you can't disagree with the logic of it all what starts off as an opt out generally ends up compulsory.Bit like seat belts.
I think you should start making some more motor bikes Henry. :)

Non-automated cars will go the way of other legacy transport, such as horses - it will be more of a leisure activity. Track use only for cars such as AA4.

However that's a long way off, and tbh the track is the only place where I've gone over 200 in relative safety and driven cars near their limit on the bends.

On track, it's full on fun, rather than worrying about hitting legacy transport such as bicycles, horses, runners etc on a Sunday...
