As anyone seen this before, if so what is the fix if any,
It is on other parts of the car too.

Has it been on a trailer with a cover over it?

Are the marks on top of the clear coat or scratched/etched into it?

They look to be under the clear coat, feels smooth,it has been on a trailer but with a soft cover over it as Steve at Ariel advised, but was already looking like the picture shows before the trip on the trailer.

Yes, I’ve got something similar as a small patch on the chassis bar below the LH exhaust outlet. No idea what causes it. It feels & looks like small, light scratches to the clear top layer of powdercoat. Also had patches of it on my last car.

It's defo a strange one, think I will call in at the body shop and have a chat.
Don't think it will be too bad to strip parts off the car to paint parts needed.
