I am convinced that the windscreen & side panels markedly improves the top speed as I got 162mph in my 3.5R (digital dash) indicated at Silverstone during Supercar Sunday last June - at the same time my TomTom Rider 550 satnav was indicating 261 km/hr (it is set to km/hr as distances in Cyprus are in kms).
