Anyone considering a set of these its worth knowing that he does them with contrasting piping which I think look great, very understated (no I am not on commission)

hi, for some reason jk composites are:
not responding to emails
not answering phone calls

and you can't leave a message. i gave up.

I've just spoken to Jordan at JK Composites today and placed an order for seat pads. I didn't ask about their lack of contact but they're clearly still in business - he said they were busy at the moment so my order would take about 3 weeks.

Hi,

I have an Atom2 ... no engine balancer bars, and therefore some vibration through the seats at certain revs.

Wondering if these pads might help reduce that, or are they a 'comfort' choice only ??

Seriously doubt the pads would reduce the vibration much......if they do, your backside is way tooooo sensitive!  :roflp:

I have a set and they are purely for minor extra comfort.....but mainly to look good if honest!

I've found him really helpful.

He said that they have a compressor running most of the time so done hear the  phone :D

I wanted to make the base cushion a slightly different shape to accommodate the large seat hole for my 5 point harnesses and he's sent me a template, saying he can make it any shape I need at no extra cost. V good service so far!

Installed mine over the weekend and I'm very happy.

The bespoke base cushion now fits all the way round the seat hole, so my harness comes through properly without touching the cushion.

Sitting in the car, it makes a difference to the comfort but I'll only know how much after a proper journey.
I suspect the shoulder pads will also hold you in a fraction better than without too.

Cheers,
Stu

Must make you feel a bit warmer too? On a journey, that's where I feel the cold first

Wasp, do you have a long term review of these? ie do they make a difference on a long journey?

I'm revisiting different options as my temporary setup is not ideal on longer journeys

Thanks

They were excellent and never lost their comfort in the time I had the car.

Definitely go for the option of having the velcro ready-attached as it saves a lot of faffing around but I'd definitely want to put them on the 4 when it arrives.

Cheers,
Stu
