Both sets of pads arrived yesterday and got one set fitted easily enough using sticky Velcro, still really unhappy with the support offered so made a foam race seat until I can source some carbon seats and make some brackets!
Fits like a glove now

Hi, I used 7 inch 1M Long Self Adhesive Velcro with Super Sticky Glue ordered from Amazon £11:76 & 20mm Velcro Dots/circles
I used the wide stuff on the bum and back pieces and the small circles on the smaller head and shoulder pads, tracked both cars on Saturday without losing any and I thought they where definitely an improvement
