Phew - I thought you were gonna recommend he lube up  :o

Can you remember the dimensions of these CUK?

Looking for a bulk buy from a few suppliers - just need dimensions that best fit - the ring looks like 6mm thick with an panel hole of 16mm and a 12mm cable hole

This correct?

I had a price to plastic coat the eyelet yesterday and minimum order value would be 250 plus vat and delivery for 8 eyelets :H:[/quote]

Have you considered using "Plastidip" on them?

YES! all 15 types and I have found one thats a larger overall diameter so it shields more of the eyelet sides IYSWIM
Fitted to my car and they are very good - tight to fit as the cable (center hole) is smaller at 8mm - but a bit of Vaseline  :o in the grommet hole make it easy - the trouble is the smaller lap belts have a smaller shackle so a little bit of a tight fit - If I managed it - everyone can. The only thing I cant say is how long they will last....remains to be seen after about 80 miles use I cant see any wear on em - but that's just one run out. The rubber is UV, oil, moisture resistant and fine for long term exterior applications.

I will get a picture up later -

Just been out to mine with the tape measure. My willans 3" buckles are 12mm so I'll need the 13mm cable hole ones mentioned earlier.

So are mine!! the larger holes dont leave much meat between the shackle and the eye they are going in - the smaller hole ones still allow the shackle through - Pic below

I will be back home a week Monday and can get a box of these they would work out at about £60.00 for a box of 100 so 10 people at 10 per car 8 on and two spare? plus P and P of say 2.00 sent first class.

Let us know....no worries if no takers :tu:

And the lap belt shackle - these are a little fiddly to fit but they will go with a smidgen of Vaseline ...Keeps the lap belt shackle from digging in your leg as you get in too :tu: well if you rear is a bit lardy ;D

OK IF anyone wants these - to order a box as a minimum quantity I need some takers - for a set 10 of these sent in the UK - I estimate £8.00 all in.

I have a set - as I tested them so we need to cover the cost...

A quick post here and I will order a box Monday 2nd sept and get them out to you...... :tu:
