Welcome back!
I think Adrian Flux are still offering cover and are who a lot of owners use. There are quite a few threads on insurance and who uses who might be worth a quick search.

Hi Gus
Footman James quoted me just yesterday, so I think they are still insuring the Atom.
Cheers

I renewed mine in July, got quotes from Flux, Footman James, A-Plan (Thatcham office, 01635874646). Hagerty only do up to 6,000 miles. HIC "don't do Atoms".

In general, do the specialist Atom insurance prices equate to a standard sportscar price of same value?
i.e. insurance group 20 on ordinary 35k sportscar for 6,000 miles may cost £500pa, would Atom from specialist insurer be in similar cost area?

Yeah, sorry, I phoned them too and they told me the same thing. The quote I got was online and the chap on the phone said that that was an error.
Any ideas what I should be looking forward to paying? The quotation from Footman James was £375 and Adrian Flux wouldn't even give me their quotation as they said it was much more than FJ. Getting a little concerned....

Hi, Just this morning I have managed to obtain cover from FJ. What I did spot was that having mislaid my previous quote serial number I input my details again only to find the Bankers! had increased my qoute by 200quid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, much rummaging later i used my previous quote number and managed to get cover for the original quote. Result!! I think that the previous threads problems may have been caused by FJ enhancing their premiums for the Atom and employing delaying tactics while this happened. Interested to hear of anyone elses experience.

Official line from Footman James
1: All members currently on cover will remain so until the end of their policy
2: No new policies can be offered on this vehicle
3: At renewal, existing policy holders will be informed of the change and we will try to source new cover but the rates are likely to be higher (As reported) but at least with luck we will source cover for those existing members

I am with FJ until February so we will see then. I was going to look then anyway as I want track cover really and Ben ruined it for us with FJ....
But does this mean FJ have had a whole heap of claims on Atoms or just they are cutting out the higher risk cars ? It makes me angry that Lotus 2-11's have no probs yet we do ! They cost loads more to repair.
