That looks good, don’t like them being super shiny.

The exhaust looks even better when Zircotec'd 'Volcano Black'!

Plus it has the bonus that it adds about 2 - 3% to the bhp but ONLY if the inside of the exhaust is Zircotec'd as well) and also that the b*****d never ever needs polishing again!!

What does that cost and what is the expected lifetime?

I had a quote from them for the exhaust and bypass pipe for £551 plus VAT and shipping. That was in Performance Yellow (Bling) Gold.

Nothing wrong with a private plate on such a daft car as an Atom - IMHO it just adds to the fun. There are loads of suitable plates on the DVLA website, for example:

£250:
AA04 TBO
AA04 ATO
AA04 HON
AT04 HON
AA04 POA

£399:
AA04 ZAP
AA04 WOW
£499:
AT04 ACE

Here's some photos of 2 x Atom 3 cars in build, showing the diffrence between the polished option and the non-polished option for comparison.

So, I’m thinking I want to start doing a few more basic things. I have upgraded my seat belts to 3” with the alloy chest adjusters, I’m going to order the v crutch straps too so that’s done. I just need to find the right bolts for the crutch straps.

I’ve got PPF booked but will probably have to move it due to lockdown rules but that’s on the cards, the next options are the titanium bolts I think as a few hundred isn’t too bad. The main help I need is the reversing camera, does anyone have this and mind sharing a few photos of wiring, placement etc as I don’t know the kit I need, there’s a few options on the AiM site and I’m keen to fit this myself so any guidance would be appreciated.

What else would anyone recommend? I’m thinking a phone holder next and maybe something to protect the tub from scratching the floor so some matts?

Luckky did you find the original seatbelts weren't up to scratch for you? I've got the standard ones with the alloy chest adjusters spec'd on my car (it's finally in build!). Figured I'd see how I got on with them and can always retrospectively upgrade if they're no good.

I’ll be honest, I thought the price was quite expensive and my thought process was that I’d buy all the parts that were more expensive to upgrade afterwards.... the seatbelts didn’t fit that criteria.

The standard ones were fine but I liked the race look and I was quite lucky in that I found a new pair for a good deal hence I have replaced them.
