We're working on a retrofit solution for the older cars to use the AIM dash so have some experience of it now. I *THINK* there's a way to get this done without having to get the factory involved but I need to try it on a factory dash. I've checked it using a standard retail dash with a locked setup ...

There's another yellow one that's just popped up on pistonheads. The spec looks very similar to the yellow one that sold previously so not sure if it's the same car or not.

Lets also not forget that the Atom is one of the slowest depreciating cars out there so for every pound you put in you will see almost all of it back(to a point) So you will get ur 3k back for the 350 upgrade as most people i think will look for this in the buyers market in the future. Ah OK, I can see the atom having the advantage on the straights however I would have still thought through the corners they would be able to carry through a lot more speed.

I have no experience or knowledge of radicals whatsoever but I would have thought any radical would have left any iteration of the Atom for dust in corners being a true slicks'n'wings car and all the bodywork to make real use of aero.

Unless there's a tinny one with a 1 litre engine or something.

I doubt they'll supply you the map. The factory will have contracted them to not to supply to anyone else, as they do with all other custom products.

I hear they're working on a 400bhp map.

The map for the 4 was developed by TDI

But I know a dealer who has one, similar spec with no wings but carbon panels that you could get for about 43k. The car is up on auto trader at 45k but I know the owner and he has a set of carbon panels.

Balancing just using the center hole is common in the UK so should be fine.
