Re: Your Coms Kit Recommendations

[quote="phil4"] The only think I'd say with the 10S and 20S I've used (again each other, and 10S to 10S), is that the intercom has a habit of just randomly dropping out.  Each rider will then need to press the intercom button a few times before it restores.  This isn't over great distances...

Re: Your Coms Kit Recommendations

I'm very pleased with my sena bluetooth intercom. Even in speeds beyond 100km/h it is possible to chat/ phone pretty relaxed and the other person are getting a clear sound from you. For me prove of the working noise control. There is a new model called 30k. The claim it will be possible to connect u...

Re: Considering building new dampers, need advice

My Garage checked all my rod ends (replaced 2 of it), did corner weighing, the geo alignment and safety wired the big rod ends in under 5h. They were not really pleased with the effort needed but had a lot of fun doing it on a unusual car instead of boring 911 gt3's  ;D I guess your garage is not us...

Re: Razz’s Exhaust UPGRADE !!

Looks really good!

You got to keep us updated how the coating sustains.
I'm a bit curious about cleaning and if the coating keeps its flawless surface and it do not get stained over time.

Is it a bit of a rough finish or totally smooth like a normal car paint surface?

Re: Launch control option

I did set the Launch Control in my AA2. I set it to 4.5k. Its pretty funny because you can floor the throttle and then drive off only managing the clutch. To be honest its just and try and error thing what suits your driving style best. For me it is a way to limit the revs in stand still while getti...

Re: Atom 2 Struggling to pick up in 5th/6th gears higher revs

yup. the speed sensor for the dash is the hall sensor which picks up the signals from the glued magnets on the driveshaft. the vss is this: http://image.superstreetonline.com/f/28047187+w640+h427+q80+re0+cr1/modp_1003_05_o%2bwavetrac_lsd_installation%2bremove_vehicle_speed_sensor.jpg The vss tracks ...

Re: Atom 2 Struggling to pick up in 5th/6th gears higher revs

Around 7-7.5k but significant power loss around 6k. I had a broken cable on the vss sensor and because of that vtec were not engaging. Top Speed was around 170km/h and fuel consumption was horrendous. If the car is equipped with a hondata kpro do a datalogging and it will show whats wrong with it. -...

It sure will disappointing for everyone if additional and proper cooling isn't available at the dyno.  ;)
And by that I'm not talking about the standard big fan in the front of the car.

Re: front and rear factory carbon wings for sale*

I'm not a big "fan" of this behavior either cause it is making it more complicated for really interested people from abroad. I did bought a few cars from the UK and from car to car it was getting more complicated to ensure the seller that you are true with your intensions to buy it (if eve...
