If I understand things correctly, they have redesigned the mounting bracket of the wing, and not the tow eye kit itself. Good thing if you're looking for a new wing, not quite as good if you already have one...

I agree with you John, nevertheless I believe it could be improved.
I had a conversation with my local metalworker last evening and he had some promising ideas.
We will see the result next week hopefully...

Has anybody tried to strengthen the tow eye kit with additional braces??
After a wall contact with the front wing it is slightly bent, hence I think some kind of upgrade would be of benefit?!
I thought of something like this...

Yes, it was the fastest car in this event, though not everything happened as it was planned...
In consequence, it was not possible to reach its full potential.  :-(
The other car you mentioned has the TTS Supersport kit installed by Komo Tec. At least, it very much looks like it ;-)

Could someone please post a few pictures ,
where I can see the additional strengthening of the chassis on the 3,5 or the V8.
Beside the obvious ones on the side I couldn't find further upgrades so far.

Well, I would totally agree with you, if did not test drive an Atom with Alcons all around - night and day compared to mine.
Though I´m not sure how much effect the 225 & 255 tyres had additionally?!
