Re: Stick with 888Rs or ...
Yoko A052's...they are in a league of their own, at least on the Atom 4. The only negative thing is...you will not want any other tire again on your Atom after you had a set of A052's. They give reasonable grip from the start, remarkably more the the ZZR. ZZR feels like driving on ice first few hund...

Re: Atom 4 side panels
Hello! Congrats with your (upcoming) order! I have them on mine and definitely they're useful when driving in the rain! I use them also for on track as they give less turbulence in the cockpit. They also keep the heat in the lower part of the cockpit surprisingly well, so also good for cold winter d...

Re: Helmet and gloves
Hello! Helmet...Depending on what you want to use it for...for "normal" road use a lot of helmets will do the job. But ofcourse, if you have some spare cash it's always wise to buy a premium quality helmet...and with all due respect...driving an Atom without a helmet is a NO GO for me pers...

Re: Keeping an Atom outside under a Cover
Well. Keeping it outside in rain, wind, moist is not ideal. The Atom will survive it, no problem...but a bit sad to leave it outside indeed...and you'll need to give it some more attention to keep it shiny and all joints lubricated appropriately. My Atom 4 also sits a lot outside where I live but un...

Re: "Normal" tyres ? No slicks etc.
ive ran ps4 (i think s) on it and they were fine, increased the pressure a little and made the car a bit understeery when pushing on. Driving down to the factory in the rain though was fine. Since used the ZZS and found them to be a nice compromise when the weather is dry or wet/road The Atom 4 wil...

Re: AA4 ECU flash for water temps
Hello Florent. Yes, I experienced same thing...2 weeks ago, after ECU update and Ariel service...I was able to use my Atom 4 to its full potential on track as well...pushing hard all day, highest temps registered in my data was around 88°C...with one time 91,2°C in heavy traffic...ambient temp aroun...

Re: Atom 4. Oil Temperature?
You won't be able to add any sensor to Atom 4 using the factory dash as mentioned because it's locked. To add a sensor digital or analog, you need to be able to create and map a channel and calibrate it then send this to the dash. None of these things is possible with the dash locked sadly. Basical...

Re: Atom 4. Oil Temperature?
I presume by by simply adding an AIM oil temp sensor and connecting it to the Strada Data logger? Data will then be registered in data AIM collects and can be consulted after downloading data on PC. Please note I don't have an oil temp sensor myself, but should work this way. Or am I missing somethi...

Re: Atom 4. Oil Temperature?
Not standard. Only oil Pressure... However, oil temp sensor can always be added. You cannot read it on the dash but you can read out in the data afterwards when you have the data logger.
